TUI Cruises takes safety very seriously. That is why we are commissioned to carry out the hammock safety check on board every 1.5 to 2 years during the cruise. From 2/7/17 to 2/22/17 we were on the MS1. An interesting cruise from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Phuket/Thailand, Penang/Malaysia, Koh Samui/Thailand, Phu My/Vietnam, Singapore.During the tour, all hammocks (ropes, fixings, stitching, engineering, etc.) were carefully checked checked and everything documented in detail. Of course, as a preventive measure, new ropes are installed almost everywhere. Of course we like the pleasant working environment - it would be an understatement if it weren't. But despite all the amenities, it is also exhausting and we sometimes travel around 9 km a day on the ship.
