Terms and conditions for the prize draw

By participating in the competition, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Organizer

2. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Requirements for participation

Participation in the competition requires a subscription to the CRAZYCHAIR newsletter. Participants must subscribe to the newsletter to enter the competition. Participation without a newsletter subscription is not possible.

Participants must still be subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the prize draw. Unsubscribing from the newsletter before the end of the competition will automatically result in disqualification.

4. Win

The prize is a FUBA leisure bag in the color "Platinum" and in the size "Large", as can be seen on the product page under the following link: FUBA leisure bag .

5. Competition procedure

The competition starts on November 6, 2024 and ends on November 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM. After the competition ends, the winner will be selected at random.

6. Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided during newsletter registration. After receiving the notification, the winner has 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a delivery address. Should the winner not respond within this period, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Exclusion from the competition

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who provide false information, manipulate the competition, or violate the terms and conditions of participation from the competition.

8. Data protection

As part of this competition, personal data (e.g., name, email address) of participants will be collected. This data will be used to conduct the competition and to send our newsletter. Participation in the competition requires subscribing to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it and it is no longer needed for the competition. 9. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the determination of the winners.

10. Other

The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
