Stainless steel processing - what tough guys.

Biting cold outside, wind and snow. Loud inside, sometimes dusty, heavy parts and always pay close attention. This is how it is in our stainless steel production at the moment. For more than 15 years, "our boys" have been busy manufacturing our stainless steel stands with craftsmanship, precision and reliability. We counted it once with a large stainless steel stand - more than 160 steps are required to create the perfect bends, cuts, machine equipment, dimensions, angulations, deburring, form grinding, laser parts, drilling, welding work, adjustments, polishing work, assembly, final checks from straight 9m pipes , packaging, etc. to carry out. And each stand has its own dimensions and finishes. Whether raw material, laser parts, special screws, packaging material, etc. everything must be available in the workshop at the right time. Nothing must be missing, otherwise the entire workflow comes to a standstill. There is no boredom when all 11 stands in our range, plus accessories, have to be available to our customers promptly. Thanks to our great, long-standing team, things have been going great for over 15 years. Of course we will do our best again in 2018 and give it our all.
