1. The right moment:

2. The perfect duration:
Set the timer for 20 minutes—maximum! This way, you'll stay in light sleep and wake up refreshed, without "sleep inertia."

3. The right environment:
In the ONE, you can easily lean back. If you like, you can put a blanket over your head and listen to music.
