Already a garden fair 11 months after the terrible flood? We had informed ourselves and found out that the municipality/mayor's office would be happy about the event in order to have a little more variety and everyday life. We have decided to be there.
While the traces of the catastrophe were still massive, the parks were already in great condition. The exhibitors had seldom found such a well-groomed lawn. Efforts were made on the part of the municipality and organizers.
To make it short: We were enthusiastic about the event, hadn't expected the visitors to be in such a good mood, there were great and interesting discussions, through which we learned a lot about individual fates. Our personal conclusion: It was good to have participated as an organizer. Thanks to everyone who made an effort and fingers crossed to all residents who still have to overcome many problems and obstacles.
