When attaching the jib, appropriate precautions should be taken to ensure that, for example, a rope does not cut into or load the furled sail. With the "jib cuff" it is very easy and safe. It was specially developed for this type of attachment to enable pressure distribution on the jib. To do this, the square jib cuff is simply placed around the jib and the fastening rope of the hammock is knotted into the loop eyelets of the sewn-on, extremely resilient webbing. The jib cuff consists of a weatherproof, seawater-resistant microgrid fabric that does not store moisture and therefore does not leave any ugly stains.
